Seven Layer Dip
An excellent dip for tortilla chips
- 16 oz refried beans
- 1 cup cheddar or monterey jack cheese grated
- 1/3 cup black olives sliced, pitted, drained
- 1 large tomato chopped
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup guacamole
- 1 cup salsa
Using a 10-inch glass pie plate or baking dish, make thin layer of refried beans in the bottom of the dish
Make additional layers of cheese, olives, tomato, sour cream, guacamole, and salsa
Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving
